Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. If you lower your daily deposit limit from ৳5,000 to ৳2,000, the new lower limit applies from the moment you confirm the change. This ensures that decisions made in a moment of clarity are not reversed impulsively a few hours later.

Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period. If you request an increase to any deposit or spending limit, the increase will not take effect until 7 full days have elapsed. You will be notified by the platform before the increase becomes active, giving you a final opportunity to reconsider.

7. Account Closure
