1. Acceptance of Terms

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on 77hba is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the minimum amount specified at the time of transaction. 77hba does not charge any fees on incoming deposits from its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77hba accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 6 hours during operational hours, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has completed identity verification (KYC).
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable limits in force at the time of the request.
• The funds requested for withdrawal are not subject to any active bonus wagering requirements.
• There are no outstanding compliance reviews or fraud investigations associated with your account.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77hba platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games, poker variants, or tournament formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated betting software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure
